Recipe - Dijon Bourbon Marinade

One fourth cup Bourbon
One fourth cup Low sodium soy sauce
One fourth cup Dijon mustard
One fourth teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth cup Dark brown sugar; firmly
packed
6 Pearl onions; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon White pepper; or to taste
Whisk together all ingredients making sure the sugar has dissolved. It
works best if you use a glass bowl.
