Ingredients:

1 Three fourths cup Water
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
8 pack Kosher sweetener
1 qt Berries
1 Cooked pie shell

DIABETIC WHIPPED TOPPING
One half cup Instant dry milk
One half cup Cold water
Sweetener to equal One fourth cup
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Vanilla

Combine water and cornstarch in pan. Cook until clear. Remove from heat and
add gelatin.. Let cool and add sweetener. Stir well. Add berries and place
in pie shell.

DIABETIC WHIPPED TOPPING: Combine dry milk and water and chill One half hour.
Beat at high speed 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and beat on high 4 minutes.
Stir in Sweet One until well blended. Add vanilla. and mix well.
