Ingredients:

1 cup Oil
1 One fourth cup Sugar Twin (sugar
substitute)
2 cup Mashed bananas ( or
zucchini, grated)
3 Eggs or Three fourths cup of egg
substitute
3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Soda
One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Put in a sprayed pan. Bake at 325 degrees for
255 minutes, or until done. Test with a tooth pick.
