Recipe - Died-And-Went-To-Heaven Light Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

1 Three fourths cup Allpurpose flour
1 cup Granulated sugar
Three fourths cup Unsweetened dark cocoa
Powder
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 One half teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One fourth cup Buttermilk
1 cup Packed light brown sugar
2 Eggs lightly beaten
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Hot, strong black coffee

In large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking
powder, baking soda, and salt. Add buttermilk, brown sugar, eggs, oil and
vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes. Whisk in hot
coffee. (Batter will be quite thin.)

Pour batter into greased, floured 12cup bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350F
oven 60 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean. Cool on rack 10
minutes. Remove from pan; cool.
