Recipe - Diced Winter Melon Soup

5 cup Soup stock or chicken broth
One half pound Winter melon; minced
One fourth cup Chicken; minced
4 Water chestnuts; minced
Salt
Msg

Place stock or broth in a pot. Cover & bring to a boil. Add winter melon,
chicken & water chestnuts. Simmer 10 min. Season to taste w/ salt and MSG.
