7 Lettuce leaves; optional
1 cup Crushed pineapple; drained &
unsweetened

Hello everyone. Here are some Diabetic recipes from Sam (sraheed@juno.com).
Sam has been one of my best sources of diabetic recipes in preparation for
my motherinlaws visit. These look good. Hope you all enjoy them. Deena

combine carrots, pineapple, and raisins; mix well. Chill for 23 hours,
stir in yogurt, and serve on a lettuce leaf, if desired. Yield 7 servings.
