Recipe - Di Saronno Cheesecake

1 One half cup Graham cracker crumbs
One fourth cup Butter
15 ounce Ricotta cheese
8 ounce Cream cheese
4 lg Egg beaten
One half cup Sugar
1/3 cup Di Saronno Amaretto
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Combine crumbs and butter; press over bottom and sides of greased 9 inch
springform pan. Chill. Preheat oven to 325F. Beat together ricotta and
cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
Pour mixture into pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes of until firm in middle.
Cool 2030 minutes in pan before removing. Cool completely beforeserving.
