Three fourths teaspoon SUGAR
Three fourths cup SEMOLINA FLOUR
2 One fourth cup BREAD FLOUR
1 One half teaspoon YEAST
Large:
1 1/3 cup WATER
1 1/3 tablespoon OLIVE OIL
1 teaspoon SALT
1 teaspoon SUGAR
1 cup SEMOLINA FLOUR
3 cup BREAD FLOUR
2 teaspoon YEAST
Donna's notes: Thought of in this country as a pasta flour, semolina also
makes delicious bread. You'll find the color slightly yellow and the taste
nutty.
