Recipe - Devon Strawberry Tea

Ingredients:

1 pound Frozen cut or sliced up strawberries
in syrup; thawed, One
425gram package
3 cup Tea; chilled [750mL]
2/3 cup Frozen lemonade concentrate;
thawed [75mL]
1 2/3 tablespoon Lemon juice; [25mL]
2 cup Sparkling water; chilled
[500mL]
Lemon slices

Purée the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pass
through a sieve to remove the seeds.

Combine the strawberry puré with the tea, lemonade concentrate and lemon
juice in a large pitcher and chill for at least 1 hour or until serving
time.

To serve : add the sparkling water to the strawberry mixture and pour into
glasses. Garnish each serving with a lemon slice.

Yield : approx. 2 quarts (1.75 liters).
