Recipe - Devilled Crab In Tomato

2 cup Cooked crab meat.
One half cup Shallots, peeled, chopped.
One half cup Lemon grass, cut or sliced up thin.
One fourth cup Namprik Pao.
One fourth cup Fish Sauce.
One fourth cup Lime juice.
2 tablespoon Sugar.
One half cup Mint leaves, chopped fine.
One fourth cup Scallions, cut or sliced up fine.
One fourth cup Coriander leaves, chopped.
1 tablespoon Chilli peppers, chopped.
30 Italian tomatoes.
Wash the tomatoes and dry. Cut in half lengthwise, and scoop out seeds and
pulps.
Mix all remaining ingredients and fill the tomato halves. Arrange on a
platter, on a bed of lettuce leaves, and decorate with mint leaves.
