Recipe - Devilled Crab In Cucumber Cups

3 cup Cooked crab meat, flaked.
2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped.
One fourth cup Lemon grass, cut or sliced up fine.
One fourth cup Onion, chopped.
2 tablespoon Namprik Pao.
2 tablespoon Fish sauce.
3 tablespoon Lime juice.
1 tablespoon Sugar.
2 tablespoon Scallions, chopped.
2 tablespoon Corianders leaves, chopped.
Cucumber(s).
Mix all ingredients together and fill cucumber cups. To make cucumber cups
~ Peel and cut cucumber crosswise approximately 3 inches thick, and scoop
out seeds to make cups. Mix One half cup white vinegar with One half cup water, 1 tb
salt, and One fourth cup sugar. Add the cucumber cups and marinate for about 1/2
hour, then drain off and discard liquid.
