Recipe - Deviled Turkey

Turkey legs and wings
(jointed)
SAUCE
1 tablespoon Pepper vinegar
1 tablespoon Made mustard
1 tablespoon Celery sauce
1 tablespoon Acid fruit jelly
Little salt and pepper
"Place the legs and wings (jointed) on a gridiron. Broil slowly. Have ready
a sauce made of 1 Tablsp pepper vinegar, 1Tablsp made mustard, 1 T celery
sauce, 1 Tablesp acid fruit jelly. A little salt and pepper. Lay the
broiled turkey on a hot dish. Pour the dressing and sift pouned cracker
over it"
