Recipe - Deviled Steak Cubes

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 pound Stew Beef Or Sirloin, cut
bitesize pcs.
2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
1 md Onion, thinly cut or sliced up
1 cn (8 Oz) Tomato Sauce
One fourth cup Water
One half teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 One half teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Coat meat and brown slowly in oil. Add
remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 1 One half to 2 hours or until tender.
Serve over rice or noodles.

Serves: 4
