Recipe - Deviled Hamburglers

1 pound Ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Pickle relish
GARNISH
8 Mini bagels
16 small Pimento stuffed olives
1 Red bell pepper
Toothpicks
OPTIONAL
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
In a bowl, combine beef, salt and pepper, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire
sauce and relish. Form 4 large patties or 8 mini burgers. Heat a saute pan
over medium high heat. Cook hamburgers on each side for about 5 minutes.
(Mini burgers may take less time.)
To serve mini burgers, cut the mini bagels in half horizontally and place a
patty between the 2 layers. Insert a toothpick into two olives and place on
the top of the bagel at the front to resemble eyes. Cut two triangle shapes
out of the red pepper. Slice 2 slits behind the eyes and insert the red
pepper pieces to resemble horns. Serve with slices of lettuce and tomato.
Yield: 4 large or 8 mini burgers
