Recipe - Desk Set Oven Fried Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

One fourth cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
One half teaspoon Garlic Salt
One fourth teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
1/3 cup LowFat Buttermilk
4 Skinned Chicken Breast
Halves; (6 Oz)
Cooking Spray
1 tablespoon Stick Margarine Or Butter;
Melted

1. Preheat oven to 400 °. 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish.
Place buttermilk in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in
bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, breast sides up, in a jellyroll pan
coated with cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over chicken.

Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until done.
