10 Cactus fruits; ripe & peeled
1 ga Milk
The seeds of the fruit can be left in or removed.
Mix the mashed fruit and the milk together in an icecream maker, electric
or handcranked. Don't add sugar or honey, since the cactus fruit is sweet
enough.
Freeze the mixture according to the directions on your ice cream maker.
