Recipe - Delicious Potatoes

8 md Potatoes; peeled and cut in
1inch cubes
2 tablespoon Water
1 pt Sour cream
2 tablespoon Chopped pimiento
2 tablespoon Chopped green pepper
Salt; pepper
1 cn Mushroom soup; (10 Three fourths oz)
1 cn (9oz) fritolay® brand mild
cheddar flavor cheese dip
1 pack Frozen peas; (10 oz)

Mix all ingredients except for peas and pour into a greased 9"x13"x2"
casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are
done. Cook peas in a small amount of water; drain. Arrange cooked peas
around edge of cooked potatoes.
