Recipe - Delicious Apple Pie

3 tablespoon Water
4 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 Egg, beaten
Three fourths cup Light cream
Three fourths cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Ground nutmeg
4 md Red Delicious apples,
peeled/ cut or sliced up
Pastry for doublecrust pie,
9" size
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Milk
1 tablespoon Cinnamon sugar
In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch until dissolved. Add egg, cream
sugar, cinnamo nand nutmeg. place apples in a large bowl; pour cream
mixture over and stir to coat. Line a 9" pie pan with half of pastry. Pour
apple mixture into crust; dot with butter. top with remaining pastry; flute
edges and cut slits in top. Brush with milk and spirnkle with
cinnamonsugar. Bake at 350 F. for 55 minutes or until golden brown. Yield:
