Recipe - Delectable Meat Loaf

2 One half pound Ground round (or 3 lbs.)
2 pack Onion soup mix
3 lg Eggs
1 cn Evaporated milk; (5 ounces)
One half cup Quick Cook Dry Cream Wheat
12 ounce V8 juice
One fourth cup Ketchup

Mix all but one can of V8 together. Sape into loaf. bake 350 in Pam
sprayed loaf pan 1 hour. Half way through baking smear loaf with ketchup.
When loaf is cooked and drained, pierce top with fork and pour second can
of V8 over top allowing to run down and around meat. Let stand 10 minutes
