Recipe - Delectabites

One half cup Reduced fat margarine,
softened
One half cup Margarine, softened
One half cup Powdered sugar, sifted
2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
2 cup Unbleached flour
Three fourths cup Walnuts, finely chopped
1 cup Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, One half cup powered
sugar, vanilla extract, flour, and walnuts. Shape into 1" balls. Place on
unprepared baking sheets. Bake in upper third oven for 10 minutes or until
firm but not brown. Gently roll in remaining powdered.
Per serving: 70 Calories; 4g Fat (44% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 9g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 33mg Sodium
