7 One half pound Pork; ground
4 ounce Salt
1 ounce Black pepper; ground
1 One half ounce Accent¨ seasoning mix
1 ounce Cayenne
3 ounce Light brown sugar
1 ounce Louisiana¨ hot sauce
1 ounce Paprika
3 ounce Lea & Perrins¨
Worcestershire Sauce
3 Whole fresh green onion;
chopped
Mix all of the above together well. Stuff in casing.
