Recipe - Deep-South Cornbread

1 One half cup Cornmeal
One half cup Allpurpose flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half cup Milk
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
Mix dry ingredients. Stir in milk just until dry ingredients are
moistened. Add oil to batter, stirring well. Heat greased 8 inch castiron
skillet unitl very hot, pour in batter, then bake at 425 for 30 minutes or
until lightly browned.
