Recipe - Debbie Jones Spicy Rice Casserole

1 pound Pork sausage; mild, bulk
1 teaspoon Cumin; ground
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
2 md Onions; chopped
2 md Green peppers; chopped
2 Beef bouillon cubes
2 cup Boiling water
1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded and
finely minced
1 pack (6.25oz) long grain and
wild rice mix;
quickcooking
In a large skillet, cook sausage, cumin and garlic powder, stirring often.
Drain. Add onions and green peppers; saute until crisptender. Dissolve
bouillon in water; add to skillet. Stir in jalapenos, rice and rice
seasoning packet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 510
minutes or until the water is absorbed.
