Recipe - Davids Breakfast

6 sl Bacon; (break into pieces)
2 cup Cubed hash browns
One half cup Green bell pepper chopped
One fourth cup Onion chopped
1 cup Cheddar cheese
6 Eggs
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
In a large skillet fry bacon until crisp, drain and leave 3 tablespoons of
bacon drippings. Add potatoes cook till brown then add peppers and onions
and cook about 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and stir until
cheese melts. Break eggs into skillet, add the seasonings and stir gently.
Cook mixture until eggs are done. Sprinkle top with bacon pieces and serve.
