Recipe - Daves Favorite Jello Mold

3 ounce Gelatin any flavor
2 tablespoon Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Water boiling
1 cn Peach Slices In Syrup
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice (or lime
Juice)
3 ounce Cream Cheese softened OR
One half cup Sour Cream

Dissolve jello, sugar, and salt in boiling water.

Drain peaches, and add water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid. Add liquid
to jello. Reserve One half cup jello for topping. Blend cheese (or sour cream)
with One half cup of the jello until smooth. Pour into mold. Mix rest of jello
with peaches, pour into mold (an 8 x 8 x 2, or 2 quart mold). Chill until
firm.

NOTE: reduce liquid slightly if using sour cream.
