Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate Ganache (Marcel Desaulniers) recipe makes 12 To 16
1 One half cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
18 ounce Semisweet chocolate; chopped
into 1/2ounce pieces
Heat the heavy cream and the butter in a 3quart saucepan over medium high
heat. Bring to a boil. Place the semisweet chocolate in a 3quart stainless
steel bowl. Pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and allow to stand
for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.
