Recipe - Dark Choc Cake( Secret) Apr 1998

Ingredients:

1 Three fourths cup Flour
2 cup Brown sugar
Three fourths cup Cocoa
2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pn Salt
2 Eggs
One half cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Coca cola; or pepsi or..
1 cup Butterrmilk; or yogurt
1 teaspoon Vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2.Lightly grease a 9 by13 inch baking pan

3.Sift together dry ingredients and place in a large bowl

4.Into thee center stir ren\maining ingredients with a whisk to make a
smooth, thin batter, about 3 minutes.

5. Pour into pan and bake until cake is done about 40 to 45 minutes

6. Cool cake on a rack.

NOTES : The lightest cake ever! Try different frostings
