Recipe - Dans Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
Dans Stuffed Mushrooms recipe makes 6 Servings
1 pound Fresh raw mushrooms; large
1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
One half md Onion; minced
One half cup Bread crumbs
3 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoon Parsley
Salt and pepper
Wash and stem the mushrooms, put caps in glass baking dish with "holes"
facing up. Brush with melted butter. Chop stems into small pieces and
combine with minced onion, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, leftover butter,
and salt and pepper. Stuff mixture into caps and bake until cheese melts.
Serve as an appetizer or a side dish, especially good with steak and baked
potatoes.
