12 small Potatoes
One fourth cup Sugar
One fourth cup Butter
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and peel. Cook
sugar in a skillet over low heat until sugar turns brown. Add butter. Stir
constantly until smooth. Add potatoes. Roll potatoes in sugarbutter
mixture until coated and golden brown.
