Recipe - Daks Rye Oat Bran Bread (Bread Machine)

1 pack Yeast
Three fourths cup Rye flour
1 One fourth cup Better for Bread white flour
One half cup Rolled oats (Quaker Oats)
One half cup Oat bran
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Molasses
4 tablespoon Gluten (optional for a
Lighter, higer loafadd 3 t
Extra water if you add the
Gluten)
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
1 tablespoon Anise seeds
1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa
2 Egg whites or 1 egg or 1/4
Egg substitute
Three fourths cup Water

Set breadmaker's browning control to light. Put all the ingredients into
pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
