Recipe - Daks Rosemary Oat Bran Bread (Bread Machine)

1 pack Yeast
Three fourths cup Whole wheat flour
1 One fourth cup Better for Bread white flour
Three fourths cup Oat bran
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Rosemary (fresh or dried)
One half cup Jack or mozzarella cheese,
Grated
One half cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
4 tablespoon Gluten
1 cup Plus 3 tbs. warm water

Set browning control to light. Put all ingredients into pan in the order
listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
