1 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 Egg whites,room temperature
1 cup Water, warmed
1 cup Grated zucchini, warmed
2 tablespoon Mint leaves, chopped

Set browning control to light. Put all ingredients into pan in order
listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
