Recipe - Daks Honeyed Beet Oat Bran Bread (Bread Machine)

1 pack Yeast
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Better for Bread white flour
One half cup Oat bran
One half cup Rolled oats (Quaker Oats)
4 tablespoon Gluten
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Honey
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Cloves
One half cup Golden raisins
2 Egg whites or 1 egg or
One fourth cup egg substitute
1 Small can (8 One fourth oz)
Julienne beets, drain, save
Liquid then warm liquid fro
Beets and combine with wate
To equal One half cup plus 3 tbs
Liquid

Set Breadmaker's browning control to light. Put all the ingredients into
pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
