Recipe - Dads Favorite Marinade

1 One half cup White wine
1 One half teaspoon Fennel or anise seed;
crushed
2 One half teaspoon Brown sugar
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 teaspoon Soy sauce
One half teaspoon Black pepper
5 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half cup Oil
3 Scallions; chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 pn Nutmeg; (optional)

Mix all ingredients, other than scallions, in blender or food processor.
Process for 2 minutes. Add scallions and pour over turkey. Yield: 2 1/2
