Recipe - Daddys Shishkabob Marinade

1 qt Fresh strawberries
1 One half teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Port wine
Wash and cut strawberries in half. Place in mediumsize serving bowl.
Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, then pour port wine over all. Let stand
in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Serve in individual small bowls.
NOTES : This elegant and delicious dessert is best served with Portuguese
Orange Cake (or some other type of cake) on the side so you can savor the
juice of the port wine
