Recipe - Czech Listy Celestial Crust

4 Egg yolks
1 Whole egg
One half teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Vanilla
Flour *
*Enough to make dough almost as stiff as for noodles.
Mix all ingredients well & rest dough under bowl for One half hour. Roll thin as
for noodles; cut in strips 1 One half inches wide and 5 inches long. Make two or
three slits with a knife thru the center. Fry like donuts in deep fat.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
