Recipe - Custard Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients:
Custard Rhubarb Pie recipe makes 12 Servings
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
2 teaspoon Milk
2 cup Sugar
One half cup Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 cup Rhubarb
Combine ingredients;pour into 9" pastrylined pan or pie plate. Bake @ 400
degrees 10 minutes.Then bake @ 300 degrees 50 to 60 minutes.Cool.Top with
whipped cream.
