1 pack (3oz,) vanilla pudding mix
1 One half cup Milk
One half cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
One half teaspoon Vanilla
For Dail and any one else that wold like some fillings for Cream Puffs.
These came out of "My Family's Favorites" cook book. I have made them and
they are good.
Make pudding as package directs, using 1 One half cups milk. Pour into medium
bowl; place waxed paper directly over surface. Refrigerate until chilled.
In small bowl, combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla; with rotary beater,
beat just until stiff. Then fold whippedcream mixture into pudding. It
makes 2 cups; enough to fill 6 large or 36 miniature puffs. Posted to EATL
