Recipe - Custard

Ingredients:
Custard recipe makes 6 Servings
3 cup Milk
Three fourths cup Sugar
6 Egg yolks
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
One fourth cup Brandy
One half teaspoon Vanilla
Scald milk in heavy pan. Beat together sugar, yolks & cornstarch &
stir into hot milk. Combine well then add brandy & vanilla. Cook over
low heat or in double boiler, stirring constantly, until custard
thickens. Allow to cool before using.
