Recipe - Curtis Aikens Vegetarian Dressing

2 8 x8" pans corn bread;
crumbled
8 sl Wheat bread; toasted and
crumbled
16 Soda crackers; crumbled
3 Whole eggs; beaten
One fourth cup Buttermilk
1 Stick margarine; softened
1 tablespoon Fresh sage
One fourth cup Sour cream
2 One half cup Vegetable broth
3 lg Onions; minced
4 Ribs celery; minced
In a mixing bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Bring broth to a boil in
a 2quart saucepan. Add onions and celery. Simmer over medium heat for 15
minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Add broth mixture to ingredients
in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Put into a large, shallow baking dish. Bake
at 350 degrees for 4050 minutes, or until goldenbrown and set in the
middle. When a straw inserted at the center comes out clean, the dressing
