Recipe - Curry Tomato Sauce

1 bn Scallions, finely chopped
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger
1 28ounce can crushed
tomatoes
One fourth teaspoon Curry powder
One half teaspoon Ground turmeric
Place a small amount of water in a saucepan. Add the scallions, garlic &
ginger. Cook & stir over medium heat for a few minutes. Add remaining
ingredients. Mix well. Cook for another 6 to 7 minutes to blend flavors.
Serve hot.
