Recipe - Curry Soup Mix

2 cup Rice, uncooked
One half cup Raisins
1/3 cup Walnuts, chopped
One fourth cup Onions, dried
2 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Paprika
1 One half teaspoon Dill weed
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Coriander, ground
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
One half teaspoon Cardamom, ground
2 cup Shredded cooked Chicken
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until well blended. Store
in an airtight container.
To make soup,bring 10 cup water to boil in large stockpot over high heat; add
soup mix. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Stirring occasionally, simmer
2025 minutes, until rice is tender.
Stir in 2 cup shredded cooked chicken or cooked peeled shrimp; cook until
heated through. Serve immediately.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
This mix is a flavorful way to warm up on a cold winter's day.
