Recipe - Curry Cauliflower

1 pound Cauliflower
5 ounce Lean pork
2 tablespoon Celery dices
One half cup Pineapple dices
1 pack Curry powder
2 Cloves garlic; mashed
Three fourths cup Coconut juice
SEASONINGS
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce
One half cup Water
Cut the cauliflower into flowerlike shapes. Scald in boiling water. Take
out and drain dry. Slice the lean pork and marinate with the seasonings.
Fry in oil, take out and leave for later use. Saute the mashed garlic and
fry with curry powder. Add water and the seasonings to make a thick sauce.
Put in the cauliflower, pork slices and coconut juice and cook together.
Add the pineapple dices and celery dices. Dish up and serve.
