Recipe - Curry Baked Orange Roughy

1/3 cup Mayonnaise
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
Three fourths teaspoon Prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon Curry powder
Three fourths teaspoon Lemon juice
4 Orange roughy fillets
Three fourths teaspoon Hot sauce
30 Round buttery
Crackers/crush
Three fourths teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients except fillets and crackers. Brush over top of
fillets. Dredge both sides of fillets in cracker crumbs. Place spiced side
up in greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until
