Recipe - Curry Artichoke Dip

1 cn Artichoke hearts, drained
And squeezed dry
One half Box Mori Nu Lite Tofu
One fourth cup Rice Dream (rice milk)
2 Cloves garlic, minced
One half teaspoon Ground coriander
One half teaspoon Ground cumin
One fourth teaspoon Turmeric
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon Hot mustard
1/8 teaspoon Ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
Combine all in food processor and blend. Put in microwave safe dish and
heat for 24 minutes. Serve hot. Better the second day.
