Recipe - Curried Waldorf Salad

2 One half cup Diced Red Delicious apple
1 One half cup Diced Granny Smith apple
1 cup Diagonally cut or sliced up celery
One half cup Raisins
1 tablespoon Chopped walnuts
2 teaspoon Curry powder
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half cup Plain lowfat yogurt
2 tablespoon Honey
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
Combine curry powder and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Add to apple
mixture, tossing gently to coat. Yield: 7 servings (serving size: about 1
cup).
Per serving: 98 Calories; 1g Fat (6% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 24g
Carbohydrate; 1mg Cholesterol; 27mg Sodium
