Recipe - Curried Peaches

2 cn (16oz) peach halves;
drained
2 tablespoon Butter
4 tablespoon Brown sugar
One fourth cup Raisins
1 Or
2 teaspoon Curry powder
Drain and dry peaches thoroughly. Melt butter and add other ingredients,
mixing well. Place peaches, cut side down, in a large baking pan. Spoon
sauce over peaches. Bake in a 325ø oven for 45 minutes, uncovered, basting
2 or 3 times. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
