Recipe - Curried Onions Over Cheese Ravioli Lhj

2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
4 cup Thinly cut or sliced up onions
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
16 ounce Frozen cheese ravioli
2 teaspoon Curry powder
One half cup Chicken broth
1. Melt butter in large skillet over mediumhigh heat. Add onions; cook 5
to 6 minutes until onions begin to brown. Reduce heat to medium, stir in
salt and pepper and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile,
start to cook ravioli according to package directions.
2. Stir curry into onions and cook 5 to 7 minutes more until onions are
very tender.
3. Add broth to onions; bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Drain ravioli,
transfer to serving platter and pour sauce over top.
Prep time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes
