Recipe - Curried Date Dressing For Salad

8 ounce Chopped dates; (1 box)
1 md Onion; quartered
2 tablespoon Curry powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Red wine vinegar
Three fourths cup Water
One fourth cup Canola oil
Place all ingredients, except the oil, in a blender or food processor and
blend for 1 minute. Slowly add the oil while the blender is still running.
Makes 2One half cups.
Each One fourth cup serving contains 128 cals, 0 chol., 6 g. fat. Serve on
vegetable and fruit salads. Use as sauce for poultry, lamb or pork.
