Recipe - Curried Corn Pudding

One half cup Minced onion
One half cup Minced green pepper
3 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Curry powder
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 cup Cooked corn
2 cup Light cream
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Sugar
In a skillet saute onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Stir in
curry powder and transfer to a bowl. Add egss, corn, cream, salt and sugar.
Pour mixture into a wellbuttered 1One fourth quart souffle dish and bake at 350
for 45 minutes until puffed and golden. Serves 8.
